After many hours of deliberation we have decided on the following menu. 
When you RSVP please let us know whether you'd like the meat or vegetarian menu.

with oriental vegetables and sweet plum sauce

Rump of Lamb

 with dauphinoise potatoes and an apricot and prune sauce infused with mint


Dessert

Chocolate and Orange Mousse 

with caramelised oranges
